*Please share suitable profiles to mark.ev...@panzersolutions.com* *Job Title : .NET Developer* *Location : Mount Laurel, NJ * *Duration : 6+ Months Contract * Client Notes: The application is two tier: A thick client (Winforms) application written today in VB.NET and in C# going forward. We deliver this application to the end user using Terminal Server, but this shouldnt be much difference to a developer. Most of the business logic for the application today and all of the business logic go forward will be in written in PLSQL in the form of packages wherever possible and procedures and triggers where necessary. Looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to get data from a DBMS using only the .Net framework. Also, this individual should be well versed in creating GUIs with the .Net framework. Should also have a full understanding and hands on experience with SQL queries, procedures, and functions. >From all of the interviews the two main things candidates seem to fail on are: 1) Windows Forms (Winforms) versus being web developers and 2) PL SQL strength Requirement: Expertise in developing using Windows Forms. Should possess the ability to gather and translate requirements into system design, use the development environment and tools necessary to code solutions from detailed specifications across most business processes and integrate multiple systems and develop modules that staff can reuse. 3+ years experience using SQL (Oracle). .Net Development with PL/SQL experience. Experience developing in .Net C#, ASP.Net, and VB.Net; must have expertise in developing using Windows Forms. Need to possess strong organizational, analytical & communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to a diverse, non-technical audience and the ability to meet deadlines, work independently and stay current with software development trends are essential. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Microsoft Certification are a plus, but not required.
