Job Title : Financial Business Analyst Location: Philadelphia,PA Duration: 6 Month Rate:$50/Hr on C2C RESPONSIBILITIES: NEEDS 2 years of mortgage experience. Uses various techniques to elicit the needs and requirements of a customer in order to fulfill the job function. Ensures requirements or request is complete and understood before fulfilling request. Demonstrates an ability to use multiple formats to record requirements and customer requests. Uses multiple formats to demonstrate and communicate topics of varying complexity. Tailors style to intended audience. Organizes and executes testing and inspection of one’s own work and the work of others to ensure that needs and requirements have been met. May contribute to or create test plans, and participates in create and execution of test cases. Demonstrates a thoroughness of detail and completeness of work product. Demonstrates keen organizational skills that allow others to understand one’s own work product as well as avoid missed tasks. Effectively estimates Analysis work, sets and meets target dates for completion. Demonstrates a broad perspective of a process by clearly considering inputs, outputs, predecessors and successors and integrates the knowledge and needs of those processes one’s own work product. 0-5 years in the IT industry. Utilize analytical skills to learn the business, ensure business needs are properly interpreted and business needs are translated into business and system requirements. Skill is inclusive of analyzing data, documents, user input and workflow to determine which course of action will address business needs. Listen and effectively translate needs into technical and non-technical terms depending on the audience. Traces business and system specifications into test plans and test cases that are executable and confirm the solution is working to specification. Ability to identify viable business solutions by considering the information technology applications currently in use, required capabilities, and what the latest technology offers. Ability to learn tools to review code and mine data to aid in troubleshooting and solution design. Ability to configure business rules within LOS based on business specifications. Follows direction, works well with others Implements defined solutions. Able to identify basic problems and resolve with regular guidance.
