Job Title: Windows Citrix Admin Location: Chicago, IL *(local only)* Duration: 3 Months *GC, US Citizens, Only!* Qualifications 5+ years of Windows Administration experience, preferably in a large IT environment (no less than 500 servers) Strong understanding of VMware ESX Strong knowledge of Active Directory Scripting (VBS, Jscript, PowerShell) Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, SMTP, ICMP, ICA, SMB Windows 2000\2003\2008 - Administration, WINS, troubleshooting, IIS Strong windows networking skills Strong Knowledge of Clustering Technologies including Microsoft and Veritas SAN Installation and Maintenance (Fiber, ISCSI and NAS) Citrix XenApp and Windows Remote Desktop Experience building and designing virtual infrastructure using VMware ESX Certification from Microsoft, VMware or Citrix Strong experience designing server infrastructure in a large environment Possess good verbal and written communication skills Good project management and time management skills Requires a customer service orientation and competence in response to vendors and staff during system development, implementation, and problem resolution. Must demonstrate strong skills in the areas of analysis, organization and escalation. Must be available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week on an emergency basis for troubleshooting.
