Job Title:- Hadoop Developer With Kafka or Redshift Experience Location:- Dallas, TX Duration:- 6+ Months Desired Skills: Hands on computer scientists at heart with a total 5+ Years’ experience of Administration experience in various platform Must have a minimum 3 years of solid experience in Hadoop Administration Must have experience architecting infrastructure solutions in AWS based cloud deployments of big data platforms Must have administration experience in Amazon AWS/EMR, AWS S3, Linux admin, HDFS/YARN Admin Highly Desirable – Administration and setup experience in technologies Hive, Oozie, AWS Lambda, Spark Admin Big Plus – Administration and setup experience in technologies HBase Admin, Apache Phoenix, Impala, Redshift, Amazon RDS, Sqoop Duties: Manage large scale Hadoop cluster environments, specifically EMR in AWS along with associated Hadoop components such as YARN, HDFS, Spark, Oozie, Hive, Sqoop, HBase, Flume, ZooKeeper etc. Handling all Hadoop environment builds, including design, capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning and ongoing monitoring.
