Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience with
delivery of applications services to include three (3) years’ experience
managing projects. Experience leading and managing in a matrix
organization and in project estimation techniques.
*Specific Duties:*
1. Accountable for overall delivery of a set of integrated, technically
sound solutions for their assigned programs and/or projects.
2. Accountable for the overall leadership for the ISD technical
deliverables for their assigned program and/or projects.
3. Attend project meetings, providing project status to the
Project/Program Manager and assumes the ownership for the delivery of the
ISD technical components of the program.
4. Deliver the technical components of the program and/or projects with
a focus on meeting the defined delivery time, budgetary and quality
commitments.
5. Present a cohesive view of the technical components of the program.
6. Accountable for the delivery and the overall quality of the technical
program artifacts.
7. Maintain the Estimate to Complete (ETC) monthly project
re-forecasting process for their assigned program and/or projects.
8. Perform the specific duties of the *Project Technical Delivery
Lead*as required.
