Responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing information with regard to technology processes or systems. Provides support to production teams for Incident/Problem/Change Management, vendor escalation and troubleshooting, Experience with industry leading orchestration toolsets and techniques particularly required is experience with VMware and Microsoft virtualization/orchestration suites. Knowledge of SOA/WebServices, JavaScript, HTML, Java and a principle understanding of software development for understanding construction of processes and system interfaces.
