Experience and knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Java, .NET, etc. Experience and knowledge of online retail in the publishing industry a plus Strong presentation skills Have a thorough understanding of how back-end and web-based systems interface with each other. Experience with Mercury Quality Center (or similar defect tracking system) is desired.
