MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COM SKILLS. They key and primary skillset/expertise we are seeking is that of a data analyst who is proven to be a highly skilled analyst in a complex data environment, preferably in the healthcare payer warehouse space. The initial work will be redirecting existing BI reports to multiple existing and new data sources that are disparate and complex; we anticipate a great deal of analysis and profiling will need to occur, and a substantial amount of logic will need to be built into the report code, due to the introduction of new data sources that will have minimal logic built in.
