*MUST HAVE STRONG ORACLE EBS EXPERIENCE and CUTOVER EXPERIENCE*

Our client owns many other companies and they are moving all companies to
EBS R12, So they need a resource who has the experience of moving
applications and companies to R12

MUST BE Talking about CutOver in resume
MUST Be Willing to sit onsite in Houston
Interview process :Phone interview and one Skype interview.
Up to 12 month contract


*Skills:*

6 years or more prior Cutover Lead experience, including   responsibility
for the release cutover process, with a significant emphasis on
preparation, planning, and execution.
Prior Oracle experience (Preferred)
PMP preferred
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and organizational
skills and the ability to deliver across levels (Top-management to analyst)
Candidates should be familiar with industry-best-practices for
cutover/deployment design, development and execution

*Responsibility:*

Ability to plan extensively and efficiently plan for the cutover process in
a manner that will mitigate issues as the business transitions
Assist in creation of data conversion and cutover plans including cleansing
and verification and in the execution of data conversions mock and trial
loads with data verification procedures including data verification
requirements, reports, steps for signoff of data conversions including
internal/external audit needs
Define go/no-go criteria for both technical release and business cutover,
assess which criteria have or have not been met
Determine technical and business cutover plan components (technical release
and business go-lives may have different timing)
Define and communicate technical release and business cutover plans with
relevant cutover steps and communications needed with external business
partners and stakeholders
Execute technical release and business cutover plan
Define and execute production support transition activities
Monitor execution of all business cutover steps according to cutover plan
Determine which processes / sites are stable enough to transition to
production support
·         Managing, allocating and tracking of issues and resolution
(planning, organizational skills)
·         Producing statistics and status/dashboard reporting on progress
of various test cycles
·         Work with the Change, Test & Technical Lead as necessary
