Title:UX Developer/Architect  (EAD GC,GC,USC only)
Location:St Louis County, Missouri
Duration:12 -24 months

Responsibilities:
·  Meeting with end-users and become their voice in the development process
·  Analyzing customer requirements, user profiles, and tasks
·  Translating software requirements into useful, usable and desirable
designs
·  Designing task flow, screen layouts, interaction flows, mockups
·  Creating and modifying screen layouts, icons and images
·  Identifying and solving usability and UI design problems
·  Driving and tracking adoption of usability enhancements
·  Defining and documenting UI standards
·  Collaborating closely with other subject matter expert UX designers, R&D
leadership, developers, and other business stakeholders throughout the
product development lifecycle
·  Coordinating and participating in specification reviews, design reviews,
and other quality assurance best practices ensuring user experience
integrity
·  Evangelizing user-centered design practices and the importance of
usability within the development group, our company, and our client
organizations
·  Strong visual and UX design skills: attention to detail down to the pixel
·  Solid understanding of current web technologies (CSS, JavaScript,
jQuery, social media, Web and mobile apps)
·  Proven track of record turning research results into actionable design
and development requirements resulting in increases user satisfaction
·  Proven work efficiency and success within an agile product development
environment
·  Must be organized, self-driven and able to work under tight deadlines
and changing requirements
·  Ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks across multiple projects,
under tight deadlines
·  Demonstrated product knowledge and basic technical knowledge, preferably
with a focus on the business travel & expense industry

Position Requirements
Position Requirements
·  5-7 years experience as a member of a UI/UX team through the product
development cycle of several successfully launched web, mobile and/or
software applications (as opposed to layout and decorative design)
·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design,
HCI or related field, or equivalent experience
·  Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite of tools
·  Ability to make wise choices regarding proposals that add value while
staying “in scope.”
·  Facilitate working meetings with business stakeholders to identify
business objectives & requirements all of sorts
·  Can accurately estimate resource requirements and design risk.
·  Have a comprehensive understanding of the visual language across the
sites.
·  Ensures that proper communication is maintained within project teams to
ensure UX expectations are understood, client objectives are achieved, & UX
deadlines are met.
·  Contributes to advancing our design process, shared knowledge, and help
to evolve the team over time and raise the bar.
