*Job Description:- * • 7-9 years of Business Analysis experience with in-depth knowledge of business process in Healthcare Industry. • 2 years of experience in ICD-9 to ICD-10 transition Project • Work experience with the Client for ICD9 to ICD 10 Conversion Project • Experience of working in onsite/offshore model • Ability to provide solutions for problem statements/areas • Experience on creating Test Scenarios and Test cases for ICD9 – ICD10 Testing Project. • Experience on creating Impact Assessment, Testing Templates, Test Scenarios related to ICD9 – ICD 10 Conversion Project. • Experience on Variance Analysis for ICD9 – ICD10 Transition Project. • Experience on Preparing the BRD, FRD and conducted reviews with the stake holders. • Gathering business requirements from the Business team and generating system workflows. • Good knowledge on forward mapping from ICD 9 to ICD10 and backward mapping from ICD10 to ICD9 using General equivalence Mappings (GEM). • Good knowledge in Health plan, Benefit Configuration & Utilization Management. • Extensive knowledge about the various types of health insurance programs such as : Medicaid, Medicare (Part A, B, C and D), PPO(Preferred provider organization), HMO (Health maintenance organization) • Experience in HIPAA ANSI X12 transactions like 270/271,276/277,820, 835, 837, 997 • Expertise in Business Modeling and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams) using MS Visio or any other business process flow tools • Good experience and knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall, Agile, Scrum. • Good Knowledge on QNXT configuration • Experienced in Processing Medical and Hospital Claims.
