J2EE Packaging and managing JAVA applications
Red Hat Enterprise Linux familiarity
BIRT
System integration techniques and concepts
Knowledge of application security best practices
Apache Tomcat
Microsoft IIS
Oracle Database
Microsoft windows desktop application packaging and management Kintana
*Role and Responsibilities*
Support & Maintenance (30%) End user/desktop client support interaction.
Model Steward Support. Access control creation and maintenance User admin.
Client & server troubleshooting/problem solving Change management and
problem management Monitoring and maintenance Service Metrics (cases,
availability etc)
IT Service Continuity Management and service optimization Twice weekly
backups License monitoring Automation of manual activity (eg account
creation, backups, alerts, monitoring) Security management
