Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test plan. In those cases where specifications are not complete, identify undocumented components and validate functionality. Identify any defects or quality issues and escalate issues appropriately to management. Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes. Work closely with QA, programmers, delivery coordinator and project managers to ensure quality deliverables Verify client reported issues and assist development with troubleshooting efforts. Help organize reported bugs and changes within tracking system Create test summary reports at the end of each test run. Job Requirements: 3-5 years relevant Quality Assurance technical experience Thorough understanding of the QA process, test cases, test plans, bug/defect reports Previous work in agile environment and SAAS technology Understanding of web based technologies. Job will require interacting with programmers about these technologies, so this person should be able to speak to them. Possess a good understanding of various aspects of software architecture, design and various hardware infrastructures.
