In addition, changes to the infrastructure of the project and support ITCAM environment as necessary with change activity. Work with the development team of the WPS broker to enhance the monitoring capabilities while providing proactive issue evaluation. The supplier’s statement of work includes: · The development of the dashboard alerts/alarms and maintains the environment. · Design, development and implementation of code · Support Application Domain systems as the Subject matter expert · Supporting the installation of the upgrades into the test and production environments by performing Quality Assurance on the resulting installation of the interface with AI Level 3 team *1.6 **Statement of Work and Tasks * Xlanz will provide a development resource for developing software, documentation, and assisting Boeing personnel in developing and improving processes in ITCAM/WPS development environment. Xlanz will: · Develop complex metrics, key process indicators, multi-tiered dashboards for interfaces to Boeing applications and external vendor provided applications. · Provide Development expertise on written code during test phase. · Develop appropriate documentation for processes, design, code, and unit test using the Macroscope templates. · Support Production problem solving, issue resolution. · Report status to plan for assigned work. 2. Project Overview *2.1 **Overview*** The resource is expected to understand the existing system architecture and integration to various existing system to develop the dashboards and alerts/alarms required for the client. The resource needs to create Key Process Indicators (KPI), Multi-tier Dashboard with IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for Transactions (ITCAM) and IBM Tivoli Business Service Manager (TBSM) implemented at the site. *2.2 **Solution Details*** This section outlines the high-level steps required to create Dashboard in TBSM using monitoring data from ITCAM for Websphere, ITCAM for SOA, OMEGAMON. *2.2.1 **Integrating ITM, ITCAM for Websphere, ITCAM for SOA and OMEGAMON, Netcool OMNIbus with TBSM* *2.2.2 **Update Service Model with real-time status event information** * This task involves configuring Tivoli Monitoring to send violation events to OMNIbus.
