*Financial Systems – Business Process Analyst*
*Education:*
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer
Science, Engineering Management, MIS, Accounting or Business required
*Experience:*
Minimum of four years of relevant IT, MIS, accounting or business
unit experience
Experience with large-scale ERP systems rollouts preferred
*Special Qualifications:*
Experience and working knowledge of software configuration,
testing (including Quality Assurance), and implementation
High level of proficiency in working with relational databases,
pivot tables, data analysis and metric reporting tools
Strong aptitude to learn and master new software tools and apply
new skills to the job
Advanced computer skills preferred: Lawson General Ledger and
Activities modules, Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Access, Visio),
SQL, Business Objects, Hyperion EssBase, Microsoft Add Ins
*Business Skills:*
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Strong analytical skills and business process knowledge
Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate with a
small team to efficiently distribute work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability
to communicate on a business and technical level
Strong organizational and leadership skills
