-Design and develop Web based solutions for complex functional and technical requirements using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and practices. Develop application using Java, JEE, JSP, JMS, XML, RDBMS. -Develop and enforce system design/coding standards. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. -Consult with users, and technical experts to review and finalize solution design. -Develop software migration strategies and procedures for production deployment. Coordinate and facilitate software migration to production and lower environments. -Learn new technologies/tools as needed & capability to work with minimum supervision. *Minimum requirements: *Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience.
