The Inside Sales group use the Recommended (Online) MSCRM/Outlook client and others access MSCRM via the web. This person will need to support all of these users using GoTo Assist to remote into their computers (including uninstalling/installing the clients and configuring CRM). This person will need the skills to run Advanced Finds, create Update Visual Studio Reports (as needed), and run reports to resolve questions and data integrity issues. This person will run the existing territory alignment Scribe dts packages. This person may need to make minor MSCRM customization. During support down time this person will assist in project work. *Deliverables:* 1) End user support of Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 application. 2) Resolve any application issues raised by users 3) Provide MSCRM application workaround or resolution for reported incidents. 4) Run server platform traces and client diagnostic traces, when needed. 5) When needed log a ticket with Microsoft CRM Support group via Customer Source cases and work with Microsoft to resolve the issues or provide a resolution (include trace logs when needed) 6) Perform cosmetic alterations of Visual Studio 2005 reports as needed 7) Accurate registration of solutions and workarounds in a case registration system. 8) Pro-actively and accurate registration of generic solutions and workarounds in MSCRM Team SharePoint knowledge base. *Specific Job Characteristics:* The most important tasks/responsibilities of the Support Engineer are: 1) End user support of Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 application. 2) Resolve any application issues raised by users 3) Provide MSCRM application workaround or resolution for reported incidents. 4) Run server platform traces and client diagnostic traces, when needed. 5) When needed log a ticket with Microsoft CRM Support group via Customer Source cases and work with Microsoft to resolve the issues or provide a resolution (include trace logs when needed) 6) Functioning as a sounding board and participating in the problem solving process to create (software technical) solutions. 7) Perform cosmetic alterations of Visual Studio 2005 reports as needed 8) Accurate registration of solutions and workarounds in a case registration system. 9) Pro-actively and accurate registration of generic solutions and workarounds in MSCRM Team SharePoint knowledge base. 10) Required some weekend work once a month for territory alignment processing. *Knowledge and Experience:* 2 to 4 years Customizing MSCRM 1+ years Customizing MSCRM 4.0 2 to 4 years Scribe Software development (7.0 preferred) 2 to 4 years Visual Studio Report Development (2008 Preferred) 1 to 3 years MSCRM Workflow development 1 to 3 years working with MSCRM Outlook Offline Client *Project Name: MS CRM Integration with SAP Respironics * *Rate: Give me your best/hr (AI) Duration: 5 Months (with possible extension) Location: Murrysville, PA USA* *Client: Philips Medical Systems*** *NEED GCs or Citizens ONLY* *Summary of Project:* Integration with SAP Customers using Scribe Software 7.0 to MSCRM 4.0.
