Improve depth of product domain knowledge. Capture requirements, analyze, document and conduct verification / validation testing for systems, products or sub-systems of moderate complexity under guidance of a more-senior engineer. Understand and utilize internal processes and tools for the development of systems. Decisions may have minor impact on cost, schedule, and technical performance. Act as a mentor to more-junior engineers in processes and tools. Contribute to engineering estimates on product or sub-system designs. Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering or science field or six years related exempt experience plus two years related exempt experience. * * *Required Skills:* *Ø **Must have experience in Microsoft Products.*** Ø *Experience with DOORs.* Ø Familiar with Flight Instruments.* * Ø Experienced avionics systems engineer to support avionics flight deck requirements, capture, system level requirements document updates and management, system I/O definition, and system level avionics testing.
