*Description: we are looking for Quality Assurance Analyst a to assist them with the auditing of Loaded Membership Data into their Customer Data Base System. They currently have both Onshore and Offshore resources manually loading Membership data from Sales Contracts and other sources that need to be checked for accuracy within 24 hours of initial loading. Client is closely monitored by an Audit team that insists on at least 96% accuracy of this loaded Membership data, which is reported on through a weekly scorecard. The QA Analyst will be responsible for checking the accuracy of Membership data to the client's System, checking for data that includes Social Security Numbers, Membership Numbers, dependent family names, product benefits and other information. A solid comprehension of the Health Insurance Membership and Enrollment process and attention to detail is critical to the success of this 40 person project. While the right candidate may have testing in their background, we are not looking for testers, EDI Transaction specialists, or Claims processors. Required Skills: 5 Years of hands on Health Insurance Membership and/or Enrollment experience (ie. On a daily basis the QA Analyst will analyze sales documentation, interpret the information in the document and validate the information that has been entered into the Enrollment System, document discrepancies and revalidate as necessary.) 5 years of Quality Assurance experience with demonstrated analysis experience Ability to investigate and determine issues and solve problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills TAKE CHARGE individuals able to take initiative to get things done and follow up without supervision. * * Thanks for your time!
