Mandatory Technical Skills · Implement algorithms in image registration, image segmentation, quantification and classification for CT Scans · Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements. · Research, design, and implement algorithms in Deep Learning for medical images such as CNN, RNN, Auto Encoders etc. · Responsible for developing and supporting Visualization platform for Clinical Image Processing Algorithm development from concept to productizing · Research and implement Image Processing and machine learning primitives and compose them into highly scalable services. Desirable Technical Skills Experience in medical image visualization and processing. image analysis, medical image, programming, C++ programming, visualization, · Candidates should have a strong mathematics orientation, demonstrably good C/C++ skills, and familiarity of open source tool kits such as ITK or OpenCV · Strong background in GPU / CUDA software development with an emphasis on implementing high speed code and efficient GPU memory utilization. · Experience in computational imaging / computational photography, close familiarity with related mathematical methods, tools, and - techniques. · Familiarity with deep learning and convolutional neural networks, and the related open source frameworks, such as Caffe, Torch, Theano. · Experience with working in Cardiology images is a big plus.
