*Max pay rate:  $52/hr CTC Primary Responsibilities: • Design, implement
and maintain application within all phases of the Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) • Designing, developing and managing/maintaining solutions
built on the salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> platform • Performing
testing on salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> releases • Develop, test,
implement and maintain application software working with established
processes • Communicate effectively with other engineers and QA • Identify
opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of developed projects
• Provide technical support and consultation for application and
infrastructure questions • Serve as a mentor to less experienced Developers
• Salesforce Development • Assist in managing and coordinating all
production support related activities. • Provide leadership in critical
production issue resolution both (Priority 1 and Priority 2) •
Responsibility, at a high level, includes application availability,
reliability and stability on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis • Be willing to work on a
24x7 on call basis as needed. • Function as a sub team lead + technical SME
• Ensure timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding
SLAs • Ensure that the work delivered by the team is of high quality • Work
with business to prioritize production issues for resolution • Ensure that
all documentation has been updated and that work product meets compliance
requirements. • Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope
incidents and recommend a corrective action plan. What software
tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? • Solid
understanding of the salesforce platform and its architecture • 3+ years of
experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL & SOSL. • 5+ years of
experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS What skills/attributes are a must
have? Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work
experience • 5+ years of experience in developing or supporting IT
applications in a commercial environment as a software developer, tester or
systems analyst • 3+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers,
SOQL & SOSL. • Solid understanding of the salesforce platform and its
architecture • 5+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS • Solid
understanding of 3rd party salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com> data
loading and data integration tools such as Informatica, Demand Tools, etc.
• Experience reviewing, configuring and supporting AppExchange apps (Conga,
etc.) • 3+ years of experience working on 24x7 support function What
skills/attributes are nice to have? Preferred Qualifications: • Healthcare
industry experience preferably community applications and portal. •
Experience with Lightning app development preferred • Experience leveraging
web services to integrate Salesforce with external apps (REST, SOAP, XML,
JSON, etc.) • Experience with a relational database preferred (MS-SQL,
oracle, db2, etc.) • Experience with Wave helpful • Salesforce Developer
certifications preferred • 5+ years of full SDLC experience • HPSM and/or
Service Now experience • Proven Problem solving skills, Analytical skills *
