Efforts may be directed toward various MicroStrategy and / or supporting products and services · Ensures a solid understanding of business objectives associated with projects and/or programs to which he or she is assigned - Anticipates, monitors, quantifies (wherever possible) and communicates the business impact of specific project deliverables, and the project overall, to customers' and partners' success - Defines a project approach to ensure customer, partner and MicroStrategy account success. In addition to projects delivered directly to customers, scope may also include partnered projects - Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction with project deliveries and stimulates further account growth - Leads and / or creates technical and / or functional designs to support the customer requirement and business objective.
