We are looking for a Mobile Apps Tester with Development experience. This role is for a unique and talented Test Dev Automation Engineer in the Mobile engineering team responsible for testing security solutions and products on Windows, Mac, Android, and/or IOS platforms. As part of a team of test engineers, the candidate hired for the position will work to develop a test strategy and work with development team on launching cross-platform solutions including deployment of proof of concepts (POCs) and key development projects; working with internal and external development partners and software demonstrations. The Test Dev Automation Engineer will be responsible for the following types of tasks: Work with development team closely on automating GUI applications and application APIs. Execute test cases, review automated test results, report defects and other issues that affect the software products’ performance and overall quality Ensure that performance and quality of products conform to established company standards; guidelines; specifications and customer requirements by implementing, overseeing, and maintaining formal/structured test programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls. Develop test data, test data generators, analyze test results, and prepare reports of test results. Develop new testing techniques/methods; provide process improvement recommendations. Work as a team member to make sure that each project is finished as scheduled. Work with development engineers to define requirements, explain defects, and improve the product. Ability to think and work logically to create test plans for software programs and consistently carry out test plans to completion Work daily in Agile projects using Agile Software Development methodology.
