Please share resources for following requirement. Rate card : $50/hr Location : Chicago, IL Client- Direct 1-Project Manager . Project manager ideally has previous led a project involving a US company expanding into Canada. . Resource must have experience and mature project management skills and have worked on significantly large projects involving multiple systems and multiple business areas successfully in the past. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must. Highly organized. . Create, monitor, adjust and execute a Microsoft Project EPM (Enterprise Project Manager) project plan that covers all systems work associated with moving into the Canadian market as well as facilitating and documenting the initial business decisions that are needed before system requirements/modifications can be determined. . Resource should be familiar with use of SharePoint project sites for sharing and collaborating amongst the project team and other invested parties. . Resource will work closely with business partners to drive critical business decisions, document the results, and coordinate the translation into system requirements or modifications. . Participate as a member of the overall cross-functional project team (business unit representatives and IT) that will meet regularly to make the business and strategic decisions that will drive the system requirements for the project. . Responsible for either creating or ensuring the creation of all required SDLC components. . Will be responsible for the administrative tasks associated with the project such as preparing weekly and monthly project status reports. . Responsible for identifying, communicating, and appropriately adjusting or reacting to changes in the project plan. . Responsible for ownership of a project issues list and ongoing assignment, timing, resolution, and documentation of those issues. . Responsible for working with vendors, internal resources, and other consultants to coordinate the activities needed to maintain the critical path integrity. . Responsible for appropriate escalation to management of any deviations from the project plan that could impact the overall timeline, meeting agreed upon requirements, unanticipated impact to business, etc. . Will be responsible for reporting on the general project metrics (i.e. budget, effort, duration) as well as setting and reporting to intermediate milestones. . Responsible for documenting appropriate content from team meetings i.e. meeting minutes. 2-Oracle Retail (RMS) Canada Design . Resource would be utilized to understand the different ways RMS can be set up to work effectively with both the Canadian and US markets and would drive the initial design sessions and validation of final roadmap of changes required (final document contains general specifications of all RMS changes needed). Specific areas of focus: o Zone pricing o Price changes o Virtual warehousing o Familiarity with retail accounting is preferred . Resource needs to be familiar with RMS working in US and Canada and what nuances need to be considered. . The resource would work onsite to assist with needed system modifications for a period of time until knowledge transfer has taken place or stay on as an additional developer to make the needed changes hand in hand with internal staff. . Resource must have good communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal resources to ensure that roadmap meets business requirements without jeopardizing current levels of service. 3-Oracle Forms Expert (RMS) . Resource needs to be a Oracle Forms expert and intimately familiar with RMS functionality, especially zone pricing, price changes and virtual warehouse processing. Familiarity with retail accounting is desired. . Resource needs to be competent with Oracle Reports development. 4-Developer . Resource needs to be proficient in SQL and UNIX scripting and have an understanding of Oracle and SQL database. . Resource needs to be proficient in PL/SQL, T-SQL, VB .NET and Unix scripting. . Resource needs to have an understanding of Oracle and SQL databases. . Knowledge of RMS is preferred.
