Work assignments involve the development of new procedures and assessing current procedures. Work involves broad interpretation and judgment in application and implementation. Position requires expert knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and web development design and standards. Responsibility: The incumbent will be expected to use sound judgment and demonstrate adaptability. Incumbent works at the direction of the OTC Director and in collaboration with the Indiana Vital Events Registry Project Manager. He/she will be required to review and understand the IVER system and user requirements. Incumbent will provide work-effort estimates for project tasks. Personal Work Relationships: The position works with other OTC managers and developers and takes direction from the Director of OTC and in collaboration with the IVER Project Manager. Will collaborate with OTC teams to make technical and design decisions. Physical Effort: Desk work Working Conditions: Office based.
