Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills for developing architecture document etc. Develop SQL query for analysis purpose *Key Technical Skill * Help determine solutions to project specific business problems Analytical, Systems thinking, Problem solving & Decision making Working experience in data migration projects as Data Analyst to understand the different data elements in source and target systems and transformation required to map source elements into target elements Develop an accurate representation of the business’ information needs, business’ processes, project’ processes Writing Effective Use Cases, Requirements Specifications documents, Functional Specification Documents, Design specification documents, Data Specification Document Use questioning techniques and other tools to discover process and data from a group of users or stakeholders Provide the methodology and skills needed to discover client requirements in a meeting environment Act as a bridge between the client, stakeholders & solution team, Maintain balance between potentially conflicting needs of various stakeholders SQL query.
