ROLE: Technical SAP BASIS REQUIRED SKILLS: BASIS Administration and Solution Manager to manage configuration changes (Charm) and the solution landscape are Mandatory. Strong NW PI and SAP Security/GRC Mandatory. Knowledge of other technical areas of Solution Manager, including, Optimization, Root Cause Analysis, Collaboration and Issue Management would be an advantage. Supporting the analysis, documentation, planning and implementation of any upgrades that may include: hardware upgrades, functional upgrades, SAP upgrades, system patches, and data cleanup Support and accommodate ongoing deployment releases Sustaining and optimizing a support organization and productive environment. Strong documentation skills a must.
