Title : Informatica Developer with Information Builders experience Location: Minneapolis MN Duration: 6+ Months The most important part is the person has ETL experience, the flavor whether Informatica, information builders (iWay Data Migrator), etc is not as crucial. As an ETL Developer you'll provide both technical and functional support to business users and external vendors / integrators for applications. In this role you will work closely with the Database Administrators and Business Systems Analysts with physical database designs, performance metrics and backup/recovery requirements. You will also support multiple data warehouse environments including Development, Test and Production. The primary role of the ETL Developer is to develop and deploy processes that migrate data from originating source systems into a central data warehouse, applying transformative rule sets to ensure proper formatting, validation and cleansing. *Responsibilities...* **Analyze user requirements for system features and functionality **Develop, test and implement efficient ETL code to populate data integration layers to support business requirements **Monitor performance of data warehouse ETL processes **Maintain and manage technical metadata for data warehousing environments **Participate in the development of end-user BI tools such as dashboards and reports *Experience...* **Experience using ETL tools in a Data Warehousing (Oracle pref.) environment.
