Please let me know if have any suitable consultant available for below position, and you can share updated resume along with rate & contact details at rshe...@aclatinc.net *Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)* *Job Location: Portland, OR * *12 month contract* **local/regional candidates only** (must be able to do an in-person interview) Notes : **Manager is going to start doing interviews the week of the 27th..** • He is looking for someone who can write Object Oriented code in C#, build applications using JavaScript and Angular JS. • This person also needs to have a solid understanding of test automation, well rounded, working with Selenium, JUnit, Protractor, etc. • He told me in the Northwest there are many of these types of candidates who specialize in this. • He is not looking for a strong QA, this person must be able to code, this is still a heavy engineering position. Does not want to see people with QTP. They need to be able to write test scripts that hold up, are maintainable, and perform ant. They will be driving overall testing development, and need to show a sense of leadership and guidance to the other developers on the team. Solid communication is needed. • He wants to still review resumes, set up phone screens, and then bring them out for a F2F interview. He can start interviewing next week. *Formal Job Description:* • The ideal candidate will have experience writing end to end automated application tests that are deterministic, not brittle, and easy to maintain. • Experience with Selenium, Selenium Grid, and writing WebDriver tests in C#, JavaScript, or Python. Experience with Sauce Labs would be helpful. • Experience writing end to end test of AngularJS application using Protractor is also desired. • Software Engineer Specializing in end to end automated application testing. • Candidates must also be comfortable working in an open Agile Scrum environment with developers that care about the quality of their code and where TDD is absolutely mandatory.
