Position:Oracle HCM Consultant Location:Memphis, TN Duration:6 Months Description: Functional implementation (configuration) of HCM module – Performance Management. Role is implementing Oracle Performance Management in R 12. It is a lead functional configuration role. Technical skills are a plus , as there are some PL* SQL manipulations being done for items such as – ratings scores and calculations. IF they know Oracle Cloud Talent Management (which is synonymous with Performance mgmt.. in EBS R12) - greater chance to remain at client beyond June; As client is migrating all HCM modules to the Cloud.
