Tittle : Siebel Application Architect Duration : 6+ months Location : Horshman, PA Interview : ********************** Face 2 Face REQUIRED ********************** REQUIRED SKILLS: The successful candidate will have 7+ years experience with Siebel 7 configuration/development. Requires broad architectural knowledge of all components of Siebel application infrastructure, expertise in Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Smart Scripts, Server Administration, EIM, EAI, extending the Siebel 7 Database. Experience with different integration techniques. Experience with Multi-Organization implementations and understands different Visibility concepts in Siebel. Experience with performance tuning application with high number of users and large databases. Knowledge of Siebel environments, hardware configuration, architecture and security administration. Thorough understanding of Siebels Best Practices an exposure to Siebels vanilla concepts Works with little supervision on the analysis, design, coding and testing of components of larger systems. Looking for an excellent team player with strong consulting, interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills. Education - 4 year degree or more. Requires broad architectural knowledge of all components of Siebel application infrastructure, expertise in Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Smart Scripts, Server Administration, EIM, EAI, extending the Siebel 7 Database. Siebel 8 experience is a plus. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: Siebel 8 experience is a plus, Exposure to Oracle SOA suite is a plus, Experience with Oracle 10g DB a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be skilled in the design, management and oversight of multiple development efforts integrating, multiple technologies to implement the process component of a requirements based solution The Architect is a technical leadership position that requires strong application design and development skills, excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on conceptualizing and designing CRM solutions Will be involved in full life cycle development to enhance Siebel CRM Application (Financial Services vertical version 7.7.x), including detailed design, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployments. Will be involved in mapping business requirements to vanilla Siebel functionality and identifying functional gaps and options / strategies to resolve. Creates and executes technical designs and produces thorough documentation. Makes sound and timely design decisions, performs Design reviews and mentor Junior developers in the team.
