*Responsibilities:* Responsible for the design, development, and unit testing of all related BizTalk objects including Mappings, Orchestrations, Transactions, Business Rules, schemas, endpoints, transformation rules, ports, business and web services, messages, workflows, interfaces, security permissions, and process monitoring for Release 2 Blueprint project. Design and lead dynamic, scalable solutions using BizTalk, utilizing standard development procedures and techniques that support the requirements defined by users and architecture. Lead will be responsible for working on multiple interfaces working closely with team members in the development, programming, technical support, biztalk administration, interface owners and Business. Lead in the planning and implementation of projects, which includes the design and execution of acceptance test plans to ensure a successful implementation. Perform thorough testing of your own and other team members’ developed biztalk code. Responsible for developing system documentation for all developed biztalkapplications, including design and technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple concurrent interface Scrum work of varying priorities and shift focus from one Scrum to another with minimal loss of productivity or quality. Proficient in identifying project needs, estimating and prioritizing tasks, setting intermediate goals and milestones to accomplish the final outcome. Preferred Experience: 4+ years of professional, technical experience in a Biztalk developer role. 2+ years' experience of lead development and management of Biztalkdevelopers.
