Should be familiar with interdependency between SAP R/3 and SRM. *SAP SRM Experience:* - Extensive knowledge on SRM Classic Scenario. - Master data replication between R/3 and SRM - Knowledge on configuration of SRM Systems, Organization structure, etc. - Experience in the design and development of Interfaces for integrating SAP to the subsystem product using Open Catalog Interface for Punch-out Catalog. - Extensive experience in Production support and troubleshooting the critical issues. Experience in analyzing the runtime exception occurred and searching for available OSS notes to handle and rectify the error. - Experience with BADI/BAPi and other custom enhancements. *Workflow Experience:* - Expertise in customizing and configuring workflows for various SAP modules.; Creation of Attributes, Methods, Events, Task, Workflow templates, Roles. - Experience in Workflow Reporting and customizing the standard workflow. - SAP workflow monitoring for missed deadlines, work item status and error handling. - Application specific customization for business objects and workflows. - Customization of SRM Shopping Basket approval process workflow for different waves. - Good exposure to single and multi-step tasks, step types, container handling, binding between containers and agent assignment. - Knowledge on Event triggering through change documents and Status management. - Good knowledge in Ad-hoc functionality. - Experience in creating and customizing one level, two level and multi-level approval workflows. - Knowledge on creating subtypes and delegating subtype business object types. *Preferred SAP Experience:* - Should have experience in working with different versions of SAP preferably ECC 6.0 - Encodes, tests, debugs, and documents programs on large-scale, complex projects. Revises and updates programs and documentation as required. - Within the team environment, works with Accounting, Collections and Operations to enhance current as well as create new applications and functionality. Supports SAP production environment by troubleshooting and resolving issues as they are reported. Supports the Development and Test environments as needed. Provides technical support as it applies to team meetings for new applications or analyzing existing applications for enhancements. - Within multi-disciplinary teams, assists the organization in meeting unique business challenges by facilitating data-flow and communication among disparate systems. Working closely with business stakeholders, and key partners the incumbent will be accountable to: - Higher ABAP development skills using technologies like ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC, BAPI, BDC, User-exits, BAdIs, - Report development, Workflow, Enhancements, Dialog Programming etc. - Good hands-on SAP experience in the design, development/ modification, testing and delivery of more complex - SAP products including master data, workflow in higher releases of SAP R/3, BW and SRM systems. - Thorough understanding of SAP Architecture and including integration mechanism between different SAP - applications (R/3 VS BW, SRM, GRC etc.). Working knowledge of Job scheduling and monitoring tools like Autosys, etc. - In-depth Programming/development experience and day-to-day production support experience in SAP environment predominantly using Financial Accounting, Controlling, non-productive procurement and Treasury processes (FI-CO, CCA, PCA, AA, Cash Management and Treasury modules). - Troubleshoot issues, providing technical ABAP expertise, provide support to the SAP coding team, interface with external projects to clarify requirements, developing coding patterns, and leading troubleshooting of critical problems. - Identify, analyze and resolve problems with SAP Application landscape, interfaces, reports and other potential risks.
