We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Job: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Analyst (CRM 9.1) Location: Kansas City, KS Duration: 12+ months Visa Status: US Citizen Only Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Subject Matter Experts (CRM) Role and Responsibilities • Work with functional resources to assist with functional modifications to the PeopleSoft CRM 9.1 implementations • Upgrade PeopleSoft 9.0 to 9.2. • Support fit gap sessions, functional system changes, system configurations, analyzing customizations, testing, and documentation Qualifications and Education Requirements • 3-5 years’ experience with PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management functional areas • Support • Helpdesk • Field Services Specific experience in the following areas: • Integrating CRM with other PeopleSoft applications • Category Type Detail set up and configuration • Employee Self Service (Helpdesk) • Installed Assets and Products • Active Analytics Framework • Correspondence Management • Service Level Agreements • Solution Libraries • Business Projects and Scripts • Experience with GIS (ESRI) integration • Experience with CRM 9.1 is mandatory • Experience with Helpdesk workflow • Business process analysis and customization review experience is a plus Best Regards, Purushotham Sr. Technical Recruiter | Oberon IT Inc 1404 W.
