Hi, Position: QA Tester (Billing)
Experience: Must have 4 to 7 years of experience (Minimum 2 years of Telecom billing experience) Desired Skills: Ability to perform test planning, test design, and test execution Exposed to Test Management using HP Quality Centre/ALM or any other test/defect management tools Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing Possess in-depth knowledge of test data preparation and test environment set up Must be proficient in Database validation and running the SQL queries using TOAD or SQL Developer Excellent verbal and written communication skills Testing expertise in end to end business processes supporting telecommunications carriers including ordering , provisioning , customer care Should be exposed to onshore offshore co-ordination Working experience in Agile Methodology Working experience on Web service, XML, and middleware testing Good exposure to preparation and analysis of Test Metrics One year testing experience on Frontier billing platforms Good to Have: Experience and advanced knowledge of QA automation tools Like QTP Hands on experience on OSS/BSS testing.
