*Sharepoint Consultant Austin, TX 3 Months Contract Rate: $50/hr on C2C Max.* *Must-haves* 5-7 years experience with Microsoft Sharepoint. 3-5 years managing Sharepoint in a HA (Highly Available) environment. Experience supporting an externally facing Sharepoint environment. Familiarity with Sharepoint Governance and Taxonomy. Experience supporting Sharepoint in a virtualized environment. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows Group Policy. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or requisite job experience is highly preferred. Minimum Microsoft MCITP (or appropriate Microsoft) Certification required. *Plusses * 3 -5 years supporting at least one of the following technologies: Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM used to be MOM), and/or Microsoft Lync. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be desirable. Experience creating / writing Windows scripts. Strong inter-networking troubleshooting experience in a large scale network environment. *Role* Ability to lead / drive Sharepoint migration projects with regular reporting as required. Ability to work closely with end users and Project Managers during portal / site migrations and planning sessions. Install, configure, migrate and maintain Sharepoint sites, portals, and systems. Plan and coordinate systems growth capacity for Sharepoint environment. Provide high-level user (2nd and 3rd level) support for Microsoft Sharepoint via a variety of methods and provide technical expertise to users by verbal and /or written means. Research/resolve Sharepoint issues with vendors.
