Lead team of developers, following agile development methodology. Manage business partner relationships, consult and proactively develop solutions that meet both tactical and strategic needs of the client, technology and business teams. Knowledge/Skills Experienced in leadership roles in mobile phone development projects. Knowledge of Java, Weblogic application servers, Oracle database, and java scripting. Knowledge of full software development lifecycle. Analytical and problem solving skills. Must show a strong interest in working with business teams to deliver sustainable solutions that best meets needs of client within the constraint matrix. A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery.
