Understand the short term / long term functional requirements in detail and work on the technical solution . Deep understanding of SF object model and relationship . Excellent programming and debugging skills using tools or technologies like Java/Apex, JQuery/Ajax, JavaScript . Fully cognizant of the product limitations and independently able to judge where to go custom after understanding the short term /long term requirements . Review the source code and test classes.
