To effectively test Peoplesoft Payroll, Benefits and Time & Labor through a rigorous testing process - A candidate must have a strong hands-on testing and QA lead background in Peoplesoft. Follow rigorous system development life cycle (SDLC), quality and project management best practices, comply with internal Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other processes related to regulatory or compliance requirements, and adhere to Change Control and Problem Management procedures 2.
