*Essential:*

• In depth knowledge of IT Service Management - particularly across
Incident, Problem, Change and

Configuration Management

• At least 4 years development experience in Remedy AR system version 6.x or
7.x

• At least 4 years development experience in Remedy ITSM applications
version 6.x or 7.x

• At least 4 years experience of helping organisations take high level
process requirements and

convert them into detailed functional specifications and system designs

• Training and certification in Remedy products via the official
BMCtraining courses

• Able to develop a Remedy solution from detailed specifications with
minimal supervision

• Must be capable of working in both a windows and UNIX environment

• Knowledge of Oracle and MySQL databases

• Knowledge and understanding of Java and JavaScript

• Experience of working as part of a geographically disperse project team

*Desirable:*

• ITIL Version 3 Foundation or ITIL Version 2 Foundation certificates

• Experience of BMC Remedy v7.5

• Fluent French and English language skills

• Experience of working on multiple different ITSM systems

• Previous experience integrating Oracle Financials, HP OV and EMC SMARTS
with Remedy

• Previous experience of migrating data from one ITSM Remedy solution to
another

• Experience of creating Use Cases
