Job Title: Report /Data Analyst Location: Cypress, CA Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Responsibilities: To be successful in this role the candidate will need to have Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Contractors need to develop Star Rating reports to manage inventory at the contract level. You will work alongside 5 other peers on the team top 5-10 responsibilities for this position Create daily report for 4 Star rating measures (C34, C35, D03, D04) Run reports daily to provide visibility on Star Rating measures Monitor inventory moving throughout the day Raise awareness for inventory that does not move Create powerpoint to tell the story within the A&G team on Star Ratings Obtain daily date from external site and provide comprehensive view software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities Advance excel skills (candidate has to be highly proficient and advance in excel with experience in building excel models, downloading data from text/Access and other platforms to build automated models), pivot tables, vlookup formulas, visual basics /excel basics a plus Powerpoint presentation skills – Big 5 type consultative presentation skills – be able to tell a story with powerpoint Access a big plus Ability to support directors (understand the asks and coordinate with different teams to support their needs) Project management experience is also a bonus Work hours are: Pacific time zone, 7-4pm _____________________________________________________ Regards, Daniel Hoffman | Staffing Manager | daniel.hoff...@consultingknights.com | Consulting Knights, Inc. | This email message, including any attachments, is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and privileged information.
