Additional certifications, such as CCDP and CCIE are highly desirable. Experience with network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of routers, hubs and switches is required. Expert knowledge of Cisco routers and LAN switches. Knowledgeable in the use of network management and analysis tools. Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills a must.
