Overview: Primarily, responsible to provide business improvement support to
users of Oracle Applications Sales Compensation, Service Contracts, Order
Management and Finance modules. Secondary responsibility to support daily
production support of the Oracle system.

Responsibilities: . Responsible to provide support to end users of Oracle
Application. This position is 70% functional (Business Analysis/ Systems
Analysis) 30% technical. The analyst will learn the client’s business model
and the strategic direction of the company to be able to work with business
management and end users to assess, analyze, recommend, and implement
business improvements that support the business initiatives with IT enabling
projects and change management. . Use appropriate software development
methodologies prescribed by client to document user requirements to design
business solutions. . Use simple techniques to story board the work flow and
solution is required. Have the ability to work with local and remote
development teams to get solution developed and implemented to deliver
value. . Oracle System Administration functions such as setting up
concurrent programs, menus, registering printers, recommending and creating
request sets, etc. System Administration is performed in conjunction with
guidelines setup by Global IT organization. . Support users of third party
"bolt on" applications that work in conjunction with Oracle. . Work on
special projects, including supporting implementation and release upgrades
to Oracle Applications and related third party applications. . Communicates
very clearly and professionally with users, peers, and all levels of
management. The communication forms include written and verbal methods. .
Adhere to the processes and work policies defined by client management.
