They must have excellent communication skills and be available for a F2F interview with the client next week. - Need a true SharePoint admin, somebody that can do a migration from 2007 to 2013 version using Detach/Attach method - Working knowledge of SharePoint security and is able to deal issues related to the upgrade. - Additional skills, it must have hands-on experience with Search and SharePoint features in general to help the client on other broken areas of the farm aside from the migration.
