*Job Description *

This position contributes to the success of the PepsiCo BIS Foodservice
Sales by leading and driving Siebel and Genesys baseline and support for
the Pepsi Direct call centers and Field Sales Reps across the US and
Canada. This Foodservice Support team lead works closely with the
Foodservice Architect, Foodservice Senior Manager, Foodservice Application
Developers, Infrastructure, and Support staff team to address application
issues and test workstation changes. This team lead also drives interaction
with other enterprise teams partnering with the Service Delivery Manager to
resolve issues that impact the Foodservice applications.





*Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities (include but
not limited to): *



·         Multi-task across multiple projects and production support

·         Review employees work and identify issues that are not
immediately surfaced by the employee

·         Provide proactive updates and follow-up to management on status
of projects and production issues

·         Analyze, track, and report employee capacity

·         Determine support rotations leverage on-site and off-shore
resources

·         Self-starter with excellent analytical skills

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong
command of the English language

·         Strong Project Management skills – Milestone Management (Task,
Owner, Timeline)

·         Strong Follow-up Process / Skills. Proactive follow-up with Mgmt.

·         Ability to Multi task – multiple projects / review employee work
/ pull out issues through leading questions / vet out risk & issues an
employee may not surface

·         Strong Process and Organization skills. Creates and commits to
process discipline personally, and within their team.

·         Strong Microsoft Office Skills (.ppt, .xls, word, etc) • Strong
Analytical skills – ability to track Actual Hrs, and slot available
employee capacity to drive Baseline Productivity.

·         Strong Strategic skills – creative thinking for ways to reduce
tickets, drive out Sev 3 & 4 defects, etc.

·         Strong Influence skills (direct team, and ability to influence
without direct control)

·         Organizational savvy & high integrity

·         Creative Negotiation skills. Knows when to stand their ground vs
flex.

·         Ability to partner well with Tough Business Partners – keeping at
Arm’s Length to Employees of BIS

·         Ability to pull together Powerful Business .ppt decks – Cause and
Effect/ Strategies, etc.



*Preferred Job Qualifications (Nice to Have): *

·         Experience leading a team with Siebel and/or Genesys
responsibility

·         Knowledge of any of our Foodservice Application platforms
(Siebel, Genesys, Informatica, Oracle Business Intelligence)
