Position: Customer Service Analyst - Sr. Help Desk Associate
Location: Greensboro, NC
Position Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire/Temp to Hire

*Job Description:*
•Worked on a phone support team
•Handled high volume - around 100 calls a day
•Must be able to accurately describe an issue via written/verbal
communication
•Hours of this center are 6am to 8pm. Shifts will stagger between these
times. Candidate must be able to work within these hours. Shift will be 8
hours.
•Manager looking to start interviewing next week

*Day to Day Support*
•Provide superior customer service and support in all aspects of customer
requests – entering incidents, resolving problems submitted via live calls,
emails, and Voicemails, forwarding work orders to 2nd level groups, and
incident follow up/ownership to the satisfaction of the customer.
•Maintain a strong focus on the quality of service delivered, taking a
‘customer care’ perspective.
•Document all calls and actions taken in approved incident tracking
software. Maintain data integrity through accuracy and thoroughness of
incident data entry.
•Make full use of standard problem and resolution practices via Standard
Operating Procedures, standard incident descriptions, and via the Knowledge
Base SOP when processing requests.
•Develop and maintain understanding of our customer’s business processes.
•Escalate customer issues when appropriate.
•Other Tasks - Performed other projects and assignments as requested.
(Includes project work, attending training and meetings, and other duties
assigned by the Manager).
