He will regularly work with Client’s Business Units to ensure solutions meet or exceed business requirements. He will be expected to suggest, promote and leverage published standards to minimize environment complexity and ensure regulatory as well as license compliance. Partners with infrastructure operations teams, worldwide, to understand requirements and provide support as needed, ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint environment (including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability). Participates in troubleshooting software and integrated application issues, working with other Client support groups as appropriate and escalating and opening support cases with the software vendor. Works to continually improve operations through routine monitoring of system performance, review of system event and application log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident and problem management processes. Works with the Client SME Level 4 Resources to document the environment and Client specific configurations and business.
