Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Direct experience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies. - Experience creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, communicate, prioritize, track and resolve problems. - Experience in Functional testing using functional testing tools. - Hands-on experience with automated functional testing. Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation. - Direct hands-on experience as a Test / QA Lead working on large software development or upgrade project. Experience must detail team leadership implementing testing frameworks using Test/QA best practices. - Working in a team environment. Response must detail work directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts. - Experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. - Experience with Performance and Stress testing using performance testing software. - Experience with manual testing.
