Remedy Consultant Location: Cary, NC and Mclean, VA Duration: 6 Months Skills: Remedy Action Request System 7.x, ITSM Suite 7.x (Help Desk, Change Management, SLA, Asset Management, SRMS, Release Management, Analytics/Dashboard, Remedy Knowledge Management), Atrium CMDB 7.5 Job Description: Provide Remedy consulting and development for Remedy ARS based applications – including ITSM Suite and custom applications. Experience: 1. Very good knowledge of Remedy ARS based ITSM Suite. Installation and configuration of HA set up is also needed. Expertise on Helpdesk, SLA, Asset Management, and Change Management modules, Atrium CMDB, Release Management, Remedy Knowledge Management, Analytics/Dashboard & custom applications based on Remedy ARS as well as integrations with external applications. CMDB Experience is highly desired. 2. Remedy Server Administration– ARS Server Configuration & Patch Management, Email Engine configuration, Distributed Server Option configuration, Log Analysis 3. Remedy Application Enhancements – Ability to modify Action Request System based workflow objects Qualifications: Minimum 6-8 years experience in a position as a Remedy Developer.
