Recognize business and technical drivers while championing UX excellence. • Understand and capture Principal Financial Group brand essence in all activities. • Create and deliver a consistent and compelling user experience. • Utilize and create design principles, web style guides and design patterns. • Bring outside perspectives to mature the UX practice. • Strong consulting, communication, time management and organizational skills. • Must have the ability to provide a high degree of accuracy and to maintain confidentiality. • Quick learner who has the ability to see the big picture as well as the end user perspective. • Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
